REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy“) outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for purchases made through our platform. The Platform is owned and operated by Fintaxpro Advisory LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, bearing LLPIN AAU-2599, having its registered office at PLOT No 92A, KH NO 417, 1st Floor, Kirari Suleman Nagar, Street No 2, North West Delhi 110086 and its corporate office at 2nd Floor, Pocket 8, Sector 21, Rohini, Delhi 110086 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company“). This Policy applies to all courses, services, and newsletters purchased through the website fintaxpro.in. By purchasing any Product from the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. This Policy constitutes an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS

In this Policy, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the respective meanings:

  1. “Company” refers to Fintaxpro Advisory LLP, having its registered and corporate offices as mentioned in the Preamble.
  2. “Courses” refers to the online educational courses, video lectures, and study materials related to taxation and finance offered by the Company.
  3. “Services” refers to consultancy services, newsletters, and other professional services offered by the Company.
  4. “Products” refers collectively to Courses, Services, and Newsletters available on the Website.
  5. “Website” refers to FinTaxPro, accessible from https://fintaxpro.in/.
  6. “Learner”“Student”, or “User” refers to any individual or entity purchasing Products from the Company.
  7. “Purchase” or “Subscription” refers to the transaction of buying access to a Product.
  8. “Demo Session” refers to the free preview content available for potential Learners to evaluate the course quality before purchase.
  9. “Refund” refers to the reimbursement of funds paid by the Learner.

2. SCOPE OF POLICY

2.1 Application of Policy

This Policy applies strictly to all Courses, Services, and Newsletters purchased directly through the website fintaxpro.in. It is applicable to all Learners and Students who purchase Products from the Company.

3. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

3.1 No Refund Policy

The Company does NOT offer refunds on purchases of any Courses, Services, or Newsletters made through the Website. This strict no-refund policy applies to all one-time purchases and subscriptions unless specifically mentioned in the “Exceptions” section below.

3.2 Pre-Purchase Due Diligence

We strongly encourage all Learners to exercise due diligence before making a purchase. To assist you in making an informed decision, we provide comprehensive information on every course page, including:

  • Course content, curriculum, and syllabus
  • Course duration and validity
  • Faculty and tutor information
  • Language of instruction
  • Detailed learning outcomes

Learners are advised to explore the Demo Sessions available for each course to assess the teaching style and content quality. It is the Learner’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before completing a transaction.

4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY – EXCEPTIONS

4.1 Duplicate Payment

Refunds will be granted ONLY in the exceptional circumstance of a Duplicate Payment. If a Learner is charged twice for a single Course or Service due to a technical error during the transaction, a refund for the duplicate amount will be issued. Proof of the duplicate deduction must be provided.

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Course content not meeting Learner expectations (as demo sessions were available prior to purchase).
  • Difficulty in understanding course material.
  • Course language (as language is specifically provided with every course)
  • Lack of time to complete the course or attend sessions.
  • Technical issues on the Learner’s end, such as poor internet connection or device incompatibility.
  • Partial completion of a course.
  • Non-utilization of the purchased course or service.
  • Reduction in course price after the purchase was made.
  • Ineligibility for promotional offers that became available after purchase.

5. REFUND PROCESS

5.1 How to Request Refund (for Duplicate Payments Only)

To request a refund for a duplicate payment, the Learner must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a refund request via email to info@fintaxpro.in.
  2. The email must include: Order ID, Transaction Details, Payment Reference Numbers for both transactions, and the Course Name.
  3. Attach valid payment receipts or bank screenshots showing the duplicate charge.
  4. The request must be made within 7 days of the duplicate payment date.

5.2 Refund Timeline

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway provider.

5.3 Management Discretion

All refund requests are subject to verification by the Company’s management. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion based on the validity of the claim. The decision of the management shall be final and binding. The Company may request additional documentation to verify the claim.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1 Course/Service Cancellation

Learners may not cancel courses after purchase. Once access credentials or course materials have been provided, the service is considered delivered, and no cancellation is allowed. Similarly, no cancellation is permitted for consultancy services after delivery has commenced.

6.2 Subscription Cancellation

For subscription-based services, Learners may cancel the renewal of their subscription before the next billing cycle. However, no refund will be provided for the current subscription period. Access to the service will continue until the end of the paid period.

6.3 Company-Initiated Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel a course or service due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of faculty. In the rare event of a cancellation initiated by the Company, a full refund will be provided to the affected Learners. Learners will be notified of such cancellation within 48 hours.

7. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES

7.1 Non-Refundable Charges

Learners acknowledge that payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and GST incurred on the transaction are non-refundable. In the event of a refund (e.g., for duplicate payment), the refund amount will be net of such applicable third-party charges.

8. COURSE ACCESS AND DELIVERY

8.1 Digital Product Nature

Courses offered by the Company are digital products delivered electronically. Once access is granted to the Learner, the product is considered delivered and consumed. Therefore, no refund request can be entertained after access credentials have been shared.

8.2 Lifetime Validity and Updates

Courses labeled with “Lifetime Validity” remain valid as per the definition in the Terms and Conditions (life of student or teacher, whichever is earlier). Lifetime updates are provided as per the Terms. No refund claims based on update frequency or content changes will be entertained.

9. MEGA COMBO COURSE

9.1 Mega Combo Refund Policy

Purchases of the “Mega Combo Course” are final and non-refundable. As per the Terms and Conditions, this package includes access to all courses available at the time of purchase. Future course launches are not included. No refund will be granted if a Learner expected future courses to be included in the package.

10. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS

10.1 No Retrospective Refunds

Price reductions or promotional offers introduced after a purchase do not entitle existing Learners to a refund of the price difference. Promotional offers are subject to specific eligibility criteria, and existing Learners who do not meet these criteria cannot claim retrospective discounts or refunds.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Grievance Redressal

If a Learner is dissatisfied with a decision regarding a refund, they may escalate the matter to the Grievance Officer. The Grievance Officer will review the case and respond within 15 business days. However, the decision of the Company’s management remains final.

12. BILLING AND INVOICING

12.1 Authorized Partner

KITC – Krishna Investment & Tax Consultants is an authorized partner of Fintaxpro Advisory LLP. KITC is duly authorized to collect payments and issue invoices for courses sold on the Platform. Hence refund, if eligible shall be provided via KITC – Krishna Investment & Tax Consultants to the original payment method.

13. GENERAL TERMS

13.1 Non-Transferability

Refunds, if approved, are non-transferable and will only be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method.

13.2 Documentation Requirements

The Company may request proof of payment, transaction history, or screenshots to process a refund claim. Learners must provide the required information within 5 business days of the request. Failure to do so may result in the closure of the request.

13.3 Fraudulent Claims

Any false or fraudulent refund claims will be viewed seriously. The Company reserves the right to suspend the account of any Learner found making fraudulent claims and may take appropriate legal action.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

14.1 Right to Modify

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.

14.2 Notification

Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the Website. It is the responsibility of the User to review this Policy periodically for updates.

15. GOVERNING LAW

15.1 Legal Framework

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

16.1 Learner Agreement

By purchasing Products from Fintaxpro Advisory LLP, the Learner explicitly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. The Learner agrees to be bound by its terms and waives any right to dispute a transaction on grounds inconsistent with this Policy. The Learner confirms that they have reviewed available Demo Sessions and course information prior to purchase.
