I’m Tushar Kumar, currently working as a Lead Associate at EY in the Audit & Assurance domain, with a strong ambition and clear trajectory toward advanced Business Finance, and FP&A Roles. Over the years, I’ve built a solid foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support—skills that help organizations plan better, perform smarter, and execute with confidence.

My academic background includes an MBA in Finance & Business Analytics, B.Com, and CAT (ICMAI), complemented by the Management Development Programme (MDP) from NIT Kurukshetra, which strengthened my leadership, financial understanding, and problem‑solving capabilities. Additionally, I’ve completed multiple reputed certifications such as the EY FP&A Learning Badge, Google Data Analytics & AI, Google Project Management, Microsoft Business Analyst, and Business & Marketing Strategy programs—allowing me to merge financial expertise with modern analytical and digital skill sets.
